Uttar Pradesh Board Sees Steady Student Improvement

The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has reported a steady improvement in student performance over the past few years. In 2024, the overall pass rate was 89.55%, with girls outperforming boys by 7.35%. The pass rate has remained high, with girls consistently leading boys, while Prince Patel from Kanpur topped the 2022 exam with 97.67% marks. Notably, in 2021, a record-breaking 99% pass rate was achieved amidst the pandemic, with boys recording an impressive 99.52%.
