Melbourne's Leah Grinter Chooses Art Deco Apartments

Leah Grinter, a marketing director, is one of the growing number of Melbourne buyers drawn to art deco apartments due to their restrained elegance and generous proportions. The style, popular in the 1920s-40s, has experienced a resurgence in popularity among homebuyers, with "art deco" being the second-most searched keyword on Domain.com.au last year. Grinter prefers art deco over modern builds, citing its bigger bedrooms, good-sized living areas, and decent kitchens as reasons for her purchase of an apartment in Elwood.
