OpenAI Hires First CFO Amid AI Boom Growth

OpenAI, an artificial intelligence firm, has hired Sarah Friar as its first Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Friar previously served as CEO of social media company Nextdoor and CFO at Square. She will help OpenAI grow amid the AI boom. The company has also appointed Kevin Weil, a veteran of Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, as Chief Product Officer. With these new hires, OpenAI aims to expand its operations in the rapidly growing AI industry.
