Japan's Cabinet Office Reveals Record Anxiety Levels

A record high 78.2% of Japanese people are experiencing anxiety in their daily lives, according to a government survey conducted by the Cabinet Office. The main concerns cited include the economy, rising prices, uncertain job prospects and global uncertainty. Additionally, nearly two-thirds of respondents (64%) expressed worry about their health, while 62.8% were concerned about managing financially after retirement.

Punjab Cabinet Appoints New Medical Board Members

The conference highlighted various aspects of mental health and offered insights for students and professionals.
