The Dubai Police Department’s virtual police officer ‘Amna’ had 20,000 conversations with the public in 2023. Major General Khalid Nasser Alrazooqi, Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police, emphasized the continuous efforts to enhance police operations through AI adoption. The initiative aims to strengthen community security and safety, prevent crime, elevate customer satisfaction, and boost trust in the police force.
