Amazon Offers Free AI Courses in India

The AWS-commissioned study “Accelerating AI Skills” found that AI skills could boost salaries of workers in India by over 54% and accelerate career growth as AI adoption ramps up. To address this, Amazon launched the AI Ready initiative, offering free AI training courses to acquire AI skills. The ML Elevate program, a collaboration between AWS and venture capital firm Accel, aims to support generative AI startups by providing access to impactful AI models and tools, business and technical mentorship, and other resources. This program has already seen generative AI startups in India raise over $475 million in private investments since 2021.
