xAI Sued Over Breach of EU Data Protection Laws

The Irish Data Protection Commission is taking tech company xAI to court for allegedly using EU user data to train its AI model, Grok, without consent. The commission claims that xAI, which is owned by Elon Musk’s X, has breached EU data protection laws.
